Terms of Service – Cultura Printing Studio

By placing an order with Cultura Printing Studio, you agree to the following terms:

1. Order Approval & Production
All orders require customer approval before production begins. Once artwork, quantities, and details are approved, no changes can be made. Production timelines begin after final approval and deposit/payment is received.

2. Payments & Deposits
A minimum 50% deposit is required to begin all custom orders. Full payment must be completed before pickup or delivery. Deposits are non-refundable.

3. No Refund Policy
All custom orders are final and non-refundable. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

4. Errors & Reprints
We will correct any mistakes made on our end. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. We are not responsible for errors approved in the final proof (including spelling, sizing, or placement).

5. Artwork Requirements
Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork (300 DPI, correct size, and proper format such as PNG with transparent background).
Low-resolution files, screenshots, or incorrect formats may affect print quality.
Cultura Printing Studio is not responsible for poor print results due to non-compliant artwork unless graphic design services were paid for/requested and completed by us.

6. Graphic Design Services
Design services are billed separately from printing. Any revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

7. Turnaround Time
Turnaround times vary depending on order size and production schedule. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee but are not guaranteed.

8. Cancellations & Changes
Once an order is approved and in production, it cannot be canceled or modified. Any approved changes may result in additional costs and delays.

9. Color Variations
Colors on digital screens may vary from printed results. Slight color differences are normal and not considered defects.

10. Order Pickup & Shipping
Customers are responsible for verifying their order at pickup. Once items leave our shop, we are not responsible for damages, loss, or issues during shipping.

11. Abandoned Orders
Orders not picked up within 30 days of completion may be subject to storage fees or disposal.
